Constantly agitated
Blazing or not, I think it's just normal to feel some kind of rush, feel agitated or even lash out at times. The fun part is when they happen too frequently that they can no longer be called normal because then you'll have more opportunities to exercise self-restraint. Treat it as a challenge on how well you can hold back and rule over your emotions. Just look at how smart the Terminators are lol
. But seriously, anger literally makes you dumber, it lowers IQ. If you learn to conquer it, I think you'll be able to act rationally even when pressured. Brain-weights man, brain-weights. Just makes it more challenging to contemplate first before doing something.
Here's the way I see your situation; You're still living a healthy life since you're examining it. You're taking the first steps of conquering your agitations by recognizing them. I think that's all there is to it. You've already recognized them, determined that they are wrong and now there's only one thing to do, suppress them. I wouldn't advice you to smoke more, although it would be good hahah, since it will only be an alibi for when you have outbursts later on. It's hard to describe the feeling. Sometimes it feels like I just drank a gallon of coffee. Other times it gets worse and feels almost like the adrenaline rush you have right before you get into a fight. At first it would only happen when I stopped smoking for a while.
