That bulb you are using is a Heat bulb, meant to keep things warm, i.e. Food, small spaces, pets, reptiles, ect... You need to replace that bulb immediately with a CFL from your local hardware store, If the store has one you'd be better to get the 150w Jumbo CFL, about $15 for the jumbo and $11 for a 23w 4 pack. Spectrum should be 6500k for Veg and 2700k for Flower. Your plant is going to be very tall and skinny if you cant get the light closer, and if you try and bringing the light you have any closer its going to cook your AK. You have enough space to for the 1 plant. You may consider painting the walls white for better light reflection.
