question about pre-rooted clones
can a clone thats in rockwool that has started to swell with white bumps be taken out of the rockwool and put into soil or will it shock it and the roots wont continue to grow? thanks ahead for any answers

Well the answer is NO. You would cause too much stress and it is unnecessary to remove a clone from the rockwool cube. Just put the entire cube in soil as a normal transplant. If you start your own clones and you prefer soil, try using Root Riot soil seed starters:
