I agree. You may have a chlorine issue with your water so let it sit for a few days or use bottled water. The ppm won't change much since it gives a reading of "total metals". Your Mg may be 50ppm while total metals is 200. Up your 200ppm water to 400ppm with Cal-Mag, up the mix the to 700-800ppm with ferts. Your pH and ppm are in a good range

You really need some drain holes around the bottom of that bucket. Just like Hydro, those roots need air.

I am growing indoors in soil(miracle grow,and topsoil mix, perlite) tap water is at 200ppm 7.0ph plants are 2.5 weeks into flower, i am using foxfarm tiger and foxfarm bigbloom every other water, and foxfarm grow big every other feeding, 850ppm and 6.0 ph going in. and 6.5 and 700 ppm runoff. the humidity is 45%, the temp at the 283695283696283697283698canopy is 78-81 degrees, running 3 600 watt hps.
