Reverse Osmosis systems, worth it?
I have been looking online at Reverse Osmosis water systems and found one for under $200 but after watching the company video online they said it takes 15 min to fill up 1 gallon?? I am going to run my Ebb/Flow system and use about 25 to 35 gallons of water during the grow. If you do the math it would take 6 to 8 hours to fill up the res when I need to change out the water!!
Anybody have a good recommendation for a good RO water system that is under $500 does not take hours and hours to fill up to 25 to 35 gallons in my res??
I currenlty just go down an RO vending machine with a bunch of 5 gallon bottles and pay $1.25 for 5 gallons of RO water.scottcc5s Reviewed by scottcc5s on . Reverse Osmosis systems, worth it? I found a good one at Lowe's I think it was around $150 and replacement filters are only $30 or $40. Check there if you have one locally.

Reverse Osmosis systems, worth it?
From my experience, most RO systems only make about 15-25 gal. a day. I just run the hose from the RO unit to a 35-to 50 gallon water tank that is off the ground. Just leave it on how ever works out best for you, works great for me! Then either run some pvc to your rez. or use 5 gal jugs...

Sorry I have not been by as much laterly.
There is a company that makes portable R/O systems in Georgia. They make a model the does a hundred gallons in a day. They are small units and very easy to hook up. You get adapter to go to most house faucets. USA made. pure-earth dot com
Check them out.
I have the hundred gallon model and it makes 6 1/2 gallons in one hour with the water pressure about 80 psi. 169 bucks and free shipping. I don't think you can beat them.
