I understand what you guys are saying about heat and ventilation and whatnot, but it is not gonna just be in the attic like where all the heat is when you first go in. I am building a separate room with insulation so I can make one of the walls able to hold an AC unit and vent in to the rest of the attic space. As for condensation, I can deal with a pan under it . The ventilation is pretty much my only concern, the temps I think I can keep a handle on.

This is a grow in my landlords attic, they are potheads and one gave me seeds a while back from his stash. I have not asked them yet but I plan to I just don't exactly know how to pop the question.
