Only time and exercise can permanently rid the body of THC. As far as your question goes, nobody can realistically answer that for you. Each persons body is different and there are too many variables to take into account. Only periodic testing with a THC test kit can give you that answer.

Anytime you test yourself, be sure to use the first urination of the day.

BTW, its unlikely that they will give you a blood, hair & urine test for drugs all rolled up into one, because that can be very costly. Hair testing and blood testing by themselves are not cheap.
