(read the rules all the way through this time, I think I'm clear?)

Hi all (pun intended),I'm new to anything Cannibas since I was 18 really.
I'm waiting to be called for an evaluation and certification from azmmcc.
My back has been jacked up for almost the last 15 years.I used to get spasms and pinched nerves every now and then back then. Now at 32 I have to live with spasms and sharp pains daily.
Nothing has helped me thus far with pain or sleep.
F'N blows!!!!
I'm constantly on a short fuse with my two little boys and wife, I hate it but I think thepain just sets me off easily.
So I started doing some research and came here.
I have 2-3 blown discs and 2-3 more on the verge.
I stretch daily and excersise one to three times a week for 15-25 minutes.
Pathetic time but it's painful and I have two little boys that keep me very busy.
I hope getting approved just helps me get some much needed rest!
All I want is to be able to sleep through the night!
Sorry for venting so much, but I'm sure there are others here with similar daily pains! :wtf:
