    THC levels rising without smoking

Hey guys I was wondering if you could provide any insight or research based articles I could take a look at...
Three weeks ago my THC levels were at 100; this past Thursday the drug and alcohol program I am in tested me and they were back up to 130.
    I haven't smoked any Marijuana..
I've always read passive smoking or even being around second hand smoke (although it isnt a good idea while on probation) would not cause this huge of a jump.
I really havent been exercising too much either to explain the fat cells releasing a higher level concentration of THC.
The only thing I can think of was that I had been taking cranberry pills and this seven day natural detoxer from GNC..and that maybe when I stopped taking them my levels went back up?
IDK I'm just trying to figure out what's going on since I legitimately have not been smoking since mid-Feburary and my drug/alcohol classes and P.O are violating me for my levels increasing
    Thanks for your help!

Cranberry has no effect on THC. And all "detox" potions work because of dilution. That means they "work" because of the water that youre required by the instructions to drink with them. With the potion/water combo, all youre doing is diluting (thinning out) the THCA concentration that is present in your bladder. You are not ridding the body of THC, as the sales pitches would like you to believe.
The dilution phenomena is only temporary - once the fluids ingested had all been urinated out, the bladder is replenished with fresh THCA-laden urine by the kidneys - which explains the "increase" in your THCA levels.

In summary, detox products (especially the 5 day, 7 day detox and the like) are nothing but a big scam to capitalize on the so-called "war on drugs" by preying upon the uninformed and credulous, and taking their hard-earned cash. Cannabis users are victimized enough by the so-called "war on drugs" without the buzzarding, scamming detox product industry swooping down into the mix.

There is no product that can permanently rid the body of THC. The only proven way to permanently rid the body of THC is time and exercise.

Yeah I believe you are 100% right. I was disillusioned about the product and now am realizing the true limitations. It's just frustrating to me because my 'rehab' does not believe I have not smoked and P.O does not care if my levels go down or not. If there is any marijuana in my system she wants to violate me despite my court date not even being 30 days ago and therefore making it illogical to think all the thc would be out of my system (as I was a heavy smoker). At this point it seems like dilution is my only solution but even that is inconsistent because the amount the urine is diluted may vary?

Let me tell you, don't flick a cigarette out the window in MD, it is not worth all this trouble

It must be understood that dilution techniques (regardless of configuration, whether its the magic detox potion, the N2 method, etc.) can backfire if the THCA concentration in the bladder is too high. For most longtime heavy users, it would be virtually impossible to dilute that concentration without sending the creatinine and specific gravity into a downward spiral and sending up the red flags at the lab.

The 30-day rule does not apply to everyone. Its not all uncommon for longtime heavy users to test "dirty" for 60 days or even longer. Ive seen a couple of reports of individuals that even tested "dirty" for more than 100 days! Here is one of them:
