Need Help Quick, Not a How Do I Pass Question... Thank you all!

Everyone whats going on? First time poster long time reader here, and I am looking for a little bit of advice from you guys wealth of knowledge! Ok, a little back ground info, I am an electronic engineer and have a really good. They got rid of random testing because we were losing a lot of our best people because they burned. So the company is pretty cool. I am younger and have a pretty decent position where I am now so obviously a few people do not like me there, if you know what I mean. I have been burning for many years daily, probably two to three bowl packs a day. Anyways on March 1, I was randomly given a hair test, because some dick said that I looked "stoned", which was complete bs because I have never smoked and went into work first off. So the results came back and of course there was THC present in my hair, my boss said approx. 10 times above the cutoff. So now I am on their radar, and yesterday I was given a urine test, I told them I was positive it would still be present and he understood but said as long as the amount is lower than the last time, I should be good. Now at the time of the last test, I had been smoking everyday for years, around two to three bowls a day of very nice medicinal cannabis. So after that, I cut down a whole lot, so prior to this test I had been taking ONE HIT, and I am not exaggerating at all everything three days, take a hit before bed one night, not smoke the next two nights, take one hit before I go to bed, and so on. So I am guessing the THC levels will surely be lower, however I am worried about it pretty bad, just because I can not loose this job, it is very good. I just would like to hear you guys suggestions/comments, on whether the levels will in fact be lower than my hair test was 19 days ago. Are these tests even comparative at all? Thank you all for taking the time to read my post and any and all answers are greatly appreciated. By the way, I have quit smoking completely now, since I am on random UA tests for the next 6 months, it sucks I know, but hey, gotta do what you gotta do. Thanks again everybody and please help me put my mind at ease, I have been worried sick ever since 3 PM yesterday..

Its going to, take a long time for the hair test to reach below cutoff levels. The urine will slowly taper off but it could still be a couple months. And it looks like synthetic urine isn't going to be an option for you.
If you live in a medical cannabis state I would try to argue with the boss that you are not high on the job, you only smoke when at home.
