:jointsmile:Hi there Kal mind, Welcome and you have started your quest with good company here.

Autism is all inclusive for many symptoms that are well managed by Cannabis. Each brain and the brain receptors are unique. And not to make light of a very serious situation for you, but you really have hit (as Granny says) 'The Jackpot' here! If you haven't, please read Granny Storm Crow's list here OR Google it, and you may want to do that anyway, sense links seem to be getting scrubbed here:smokin:.

There is not enough research out there to match fine lines up like 'genetic' studies for this.

Unfortunately, this will be a process of elimination for you. Or moreso, a quest for the correct Hybrid Strain (which could bge fun, if you have lots of time).
The Hybrid Strains are what I would focus on, ultimately for yourself.
Second: Grow your own!

Try to get as much of a pure Indica Strain, as possible. That will help you focus and calm you. Maybe stop your brain from racing.

Then a Sativa, as pure as possible. Note the different effects it haI would first go for Medibles.s on you. It has been my experience that a sativa will and can make your mind 'fly' in many directions. For some, though, it doesn't do that. They are so TOTALLY FOCUSED AND THINK MORE INTENSELY. You will have to discover what is correct for you.

Try it and Share it here. Hopefully, others will do the same thing. And direct you toward the Strain They Have Choosen for the Same Symptoms.

Ultimately, it is what you choose.

You can regulate the dose better, as well as with tinctures and concentrates:rasta:. Many methods here and on the internet. I find that when I need all day meds and don't want to be "stupid' I simply do medibles. I seldom experience the "High" with edibles in the correct strength, that you may find distracting by toking. It is dose related.
You have to be able to "Stop" medicating to find out which is correct for you. Take a dose and wait and evaluate the effects. Go from there.

It is my observation that it is so totally different with each person. Between the 'meld' of the blend you ultimately select, you may find your answer in there.

I was reading on Autism earlier today. See if this will help a bit.

painretreat Reviewed by painretreat on . Good Strain for Autism/ ASD Hello everyone! First time poster, long time lurker. I have an unusual situation and was wondering if any of you could give me some advice. I have Autism, and even though most of the difficulties that come with this condition are fairly manageable for me, I have a hard time in stressful, high pace, high volume situations, such as major social events (especially with lots of people and noise, like bars and the like) and most work situations. I get easily overstimulated and overloaded; the Rating: 5
