From out of State.
Okay I've search and search, read and read more, and the more I search and read the more I don't know..haha
I was a resident of CA for most of my life and was relocated due to my job moving about out 6 years ago. Moved to midwest.
About a year ago I was diagnosed with a serious aliment and have since been on disability as I get worse. I was told medical marijuana would help with the pain and especially with the meds I'm taking that cause a lot of nausea. I'm sure I would pass any doctors exam. But I unfortunately live in a "Red State" that will probably never allow medical marijuana.
I plan on visiting my daughter in Southern California this spring, short of doing something illegal, is there any way I can obtain medical marijuana being from out of state? I've read the article in Esquire about Kush Dr in Venice, but its sounds crazy and I heard they were raided, so not even sure if those places are open or legit or....???
Any advice would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance.myoung321 Reviewed by myoung321 on . From out of State. Get a California ID you don't have to live here to get a ID. You can get your weed card with that, there's no limit in how long you had to live here.

my321, move back to California. If you moved there for work and can't work anymore, move back to CA. Would be safer for you. If not, grow in a closet or something. :rasta: pr

Oh yeah I forgot about the wait. It took ten days to get my driver's license. You should call the doc's and see if they accept the paper id, they should as long as you have your other photo id's . My weed card has a pic on it too. Here's a number to call (760) - 896-4202. It's The IECC where I got my card you could call and ask them they will help you.
