The next time you test yourself, use the first urination of the day and do not drink any fluids prior to your home test. Drinking fluids prior to testing yourself skews the results because fluids can dilute the THCA concentration in the bladder to the point where the urine sample registers below the test kits cutoff threshold. This dilution phenomena is only temporary - once the fluids ingested had all been urinated out, the bladder is replenished with fresh THCA-laden urine, and thus the donor would resume testing positive for THC.

By using the first urination of the day, youre testing yourself under the "worst-case scenario" - when THCA concentrations would be at their highest. So if you still test negative under that "worst-case scenario" (regardless of line intensity) you are good to go.

Contrary to popular belief, there is no meaning attributed to the intensity of a line. Even synthetic urine controls (which contain no drug metabolites at all) can produce a faint line on an assay. A faint line is still a negative.
