If youre worried about the efficacy of the QF, you can consider two things:

- Find a clean donor (age/gender is irrelevant). Just be sure the donor is indeed drug-free and had not drank a ton of fluids prior to giving you the sample.

- Test your QF bottle to make sure the creatinine, S/G, etc are all within acceptable limits. These test kits are inexpensive and are found online by doing a Google search for "drug adulteration test kits".
