Well here's the thing. I read that the reason the 30 day rule is widely accepted is because in several studies, MOST people had it out of their system within a week or 2, but there were a FEW people that had it for up to 30 days. Just because those SELECT FEW people took 30 days, the scientists or whoever did the studies...said that it took 30 days. I also think that because I am so skinny...that had a factor as to why it came back negative today. My body probably converts fat to energy very quickly, and because I only blazed 0.2 a day.
