How does the new growth look? The top leave doesnt look bad.... Once a leave is burned its fixed. If youve lowered the nutes and new growth looks good I would stick with that...

SHMEH! Can't seem to diagnose!
its usually strain dependant, put i do recommend you get ya self a ppm meter.if you're 2weeks in veg its around the300/400 ppm mark and if ya 2 weeks in flower ya looking at 650 ppm but like i said its down to the strain so keep an eye on the new growth at the top and if ya see signs of nute burn ease off a tad on the nutes..good luck..

Looks to me like you have a serious K deficiency. Whether it's due to overdose (high ppm) or lack of i can't tell. You need a ppm meter. If you can't get one try starting with bottled water which runs about 10-20 ppm. Cal-Mag as pre directions and fert at 1/4 recommended strength by volume.
