Cheap heat shields??

Hey guys, do any of you know where i can buy a CHEAP heat shield for a 150w and 250w gro light online in the UK? The plants are getting closer to the light, and i cant move the light anymore, and its getting quite hot.. any ideas, thanks.

erm cant remember the adresses but if u look in the back of NME music magazine ive seen sum shops advertising thru a web address

How long have they been flowering for?
If they have been flowering for a month or less cut em back and the growth will take over from the buds below.
You will have no loss .
