Has anyone ever tried drying their weed in the dryer?

I've tried before to put some weed to dry in the microwave with no success,,tried the oven and dried up too quickly,,I was thinking if anyone has ever thought or tried to dry it in the dryer (yes the appliance) I'm sure it can be done without tumbling the weed around and losing all it's THC content, but if there was a way to hang something inside the dryer attached to the door or something ,,I think the dry heat that comes from the dryer would be good at drying up the weed ,,what do you think?
Geez I only think of these things when buzzed,,,lol

I use my dryer! But not in that way. I just lay out my bud on it till it is jar worthy. really if you just wait a week or so it would be dry enough to burn.Fast drying is no good.It destroys the taste and it is not cured enough to give full effects. This bud is 12 days from harvest i will be putting in jar till april.I have a 30 day grow rotation ,then i cure for 30 days.It allows me to have good cured smoke all the time.Attachment 283168

I wouldnt advise quick drying either. The weed will taste terrible.

But if ever had to I would just take a small bud and put it on some paper at then sit the paper in top of my table lamp.

The slow released heat from bulb dried it fairly quick. Just be careful you dont forget about it !

Attachment 283169I was talking about putting in a few buds for experiment, I just want to have a taste of some of the stuff I have here that's still wet,,,but I read that THC starts vaporizing at a minimum of 185 degrees Farenheit,,a dryer runs at 105F on low temp setting and 155 F on higher settings,,,I have to find a way to keep it from tumbling around so it doesn't lose the THC contents,,I will try and do something in the next few days and see what results I come up with,,should be interesting,,I'm thinking of affixing something on the door so when I close it , it will be hanging in the middle of the tumbler,,I just won't let the wife know in case I fuck her brand new dryer,,,lol

I would also be concerned that your wife dont ruin your bud, if she decides to dry a load of laundry! I would buy a dehydrator and try that before the dryer.Lower heat and it should be done by morning if let in over night.
