16 day old. Is everything ok with them??? Some feedback pls.

HI I am growing some bag seeds from seed it day 16 since sprouting, i am a first time grower and wneed some feedback as to what needs to be changed. Some help please.
3 plants.
2 65w CFl @ 6400K
1 45w CFL @ 6400K
3 26w CFL @ 6400K

At first the leaves looking yellow i thought was nitrogen, added less than a quart of nuts to itto see if any improvement, also tried some epson salts diluted foliar to see if that helped. Rigght now I havenot the slightest idea as to which direction to go plants has been just transplanted 3 days ago into bigger container as seen in pics.

I am thinking the Jungle Growth Organics soil was a bit hot with the nuts in there for the plants starting out, and I didnot flush the soil before planting the seeds so that may have added to the list of newb mistakes. Will they bounce back? Thinking of hitting it with some ,molasses to help out with the transition. I have also sinced back of the lights to be like 4-6 inches away cause the leaves were courling , i guess heat stress, i also have a fan blowing on them.
The tips are brown, is this from the nutes in the soil, I am seeing new growth and all but still concerned.

they look pretty good to me a little burning on the tips is your first sign of over feeding but since your using per fertilized soil i would just let it ride and dont add any extra nutrients for a while i have yet to try molasses so i dont realy have any input there but i give you a thumbs up so far they look pretty healthy

Sir,
It appears the plant is overloaded with water, due more to newt lock-up,
flush feed with 300 ppm @ a 1/3 of regular feeding program with drainage of one gallon.
no water till it drys out and ppm ph temp check your solution. Remember less is better....
molasass is good i use 1/2 cup per 40gal benifits 401k
light equals mass so upgrade in lighting would benefit,
plant needs to perspire add air quality to environment,

but all in all not to bad can bounce back quickly if you put all elements in order,
air light temp newts.....


0-0-0 soil sunshine#4 best to control feeding elements,
with amendments of perilite and vermiculite.

Do i add more lights at this point or when i am going to put it into flower which would prolly be in another 3 weeks with the 2700k cfls.

they look fine since their under a month old and your soil is pre treated if you add anything esle you can over feed them, just use clean water, thats all they need, mine turned yellow like that in my second grow, i flushed it with clean water and the next day the new growth were showing me signs of good health and happiness, because their so young you dont have to really do anything but water them only when its needed!!! it is very easy to over water believe me druppy babies are the last thing you want because then they will take their pretty lil time boucning back. but everything looks good just leave them alone theyll love you for it
