is cannabis helpful for Neuropathic pain
my friends daughter had a bleed on the brain about 18 months ago which has left her disabled and every now and again she gets severe Neuropathic pain, her doctor has prescribed all sorts of differant drugs but she is looking for alternatives as the drugs work when she has mild pains but when it gets severe even upping the doses doesn't help, so she has asked me if cannabis may help. as i only smoke more for recreation than medical i cant really answer this, so was hopeing some of the medical users maybe able to help.

closed head injury c-spine injury RLS and severe nerve pain chronic headaches,
yes it works but mostly strain dependent, with the right medicine and regimen you can alleviate the pain.

Hi Weedmaster, :jointsmile:In this case, with the headaches--you may want to go on the Indica Dom with a Sativa influence. The Sativa needs to be mild, though. My experience, the Indica does the trick for most of those symptoms. I am not convinced that it is best for Migraine's 100% of the time. You may want to experiment. I'd be real easy on the Sativa, for comfort. You can always 'blend' your Sativa in, as well. Like grow your Indica and then a Sativa (too). Mix a little in the Vape, joint or whatever you use. Find the happy "medium" for your patient. And don't plan on going anywhere that evening! lol Good luck :rasta
