I just wanted to say thanks to everyone for the knowledge. I came to this sight for some quick information but became fascinated by everyone's stories. Nice to know I'm not alone. I'm in my mid 30's and have always worked for small companies. Recently I accepted a job with a large one and needed to get tested in a few days. I consume around 3 grams a week of high grade and my current job is physically demanding. I assume the cannabinoid count in my urine is quite high. My only option was substitution. I followed all the tips and steps and practiced like crazy! I went to the testing lab, bottle temped and stashed with clean doner. I was shaking! The lab was kinda busy so I sat there for 25 min. Squeezing the hell out of that bottle! Lol I'm actually kinda sore down there. So the guy calls me back and sends me in the room alone to collect 75ml (2.5 oz!) soooo glad I brought a 3 oz bottle. kinda surreal at that point. Went in and dumped it in the cup. Peed a little in the toilet, walked out and handed it over. I was so freaked out that I didn't even look at the temp strip on the cup. He split the sample into 2 cups and taped them shut, gave me my paper copy to give to work and sent me on my way. Crazy. I Would of been screwed if it weren't for all of you. Thank you so much!

Glad to hear everything went okay! I assume you passed after all that?

I'm confident the specimen was 100% clean. They are still going thru my criminal and personal background checks(should be clean barring like some identity theft or something unknown by me) Hopefully here from them in the next week or so. I'll let everyone know how it went. MY ADVICE TO EVERYONE, BRING EXTRA THE FIRST TIME! I'd of been screwed if I'd brought 2 oz.

Not exactly. 2 oz is enough for a U/A. The collector may ask for more, only to discard the excess. Under DHHS regulations, if 2 oz is all the donor can submit, the collector has to accept it.
