What I meant was yes, I have to start the creatine powder tomorrow to give it the 2-3 days, but by doing the test run on Tuesday will it lower my creatine level too much for Wednesday?

What gives you the impression you are going to be drug tested as part of the interview process? I work at a hospital in direct patient care and we never drug test people when they come in to interview. They get tested weeks later after they have been offered the job contingent upon passing background check and piss test.
It's not the hospital that is doing the hiring it's for a vendor of the hospital but I am subjected to the testing at the hospital due to the contract as if I were an employee of the hospital. I do not know for sure if I will be tested Wednesday (I am hoping for more time) but I also need to be prepared if it becomes a hired on the spot situation. They've already begun the background check I know this since they've already pulled my DMV report. The company is a new vendor and needs to be outfitted with employees to be able to start on 3/18, so I don't see it being a couple of weeks for the drug testing.
