I'm not sure I understand what you are saying. A test run? The only way to do a test run would be to pay for your own lab urine screen where you get a quantitative measure of your creatinine levels. But simply put, no, 1 day is not enough to change your creatinine level appreciably. Effective creatine loading takes 2-3 days of 3-5 rounded TBSP per day.

Also, is there any credence to eating a high fat diet the evening before? (My interview is at 1 pm so if I am tested I'd imagine that it wouldn't be until 2 or 2:30 pm)
Yes, you want to eat a high fat diet and do as little activity as possible in the 2-3 days leading up to your test. What gives you the impression you are going to be drug tested as part of the interview process? I work at a hospital in direct patient care and we never drug test people when they come in to interview. They get tested weeks later after they have been offered the job contingent upon passing background check and piss test.

Good luck.

Okay here's the deal-io I was a regular smoker 3-4 times a day up until November I quite smoking for 2 months and then just occasionally started smoking again. 3-4 hits maybe 2 nights a week on average. Except for last week I smoked 4 nights...but still only 3-4 hits (pipe only no bong or anything). Last time I smoked was Thursday and I received a call yesterday stating I have a job interview Wednesday at a large hospital. Now I know the hospital only does the assay test first and then only Rating: 5
