*Opinions* Dim a 600w or full power 400w?

About to start a new grow with the following setup. 4'x4'x7' grow tent, 2 bubble boy 5 gallon single units, 2 power grower single units. Looking to purchase a new light, but had a simple debate; get a 600w dimmable e-ballast, and set it to 75% power, or get a 400w dimmable e-ballast, and set it to full power. Are there any advantages to either?

whats the cfm through tent now, with your light now, whats temp from 10-12 from light now operational, fan in tent cooling passive scrubbing or out ? or positive ? sir not really enough info for me to compute, good day NF

jumped and read your post and just a regular magnetic ballast will last 10 plus years 600 watter at start pulls 5amps and running 3.5 so depending on amps of e-ballast and how often you want to repair,replace and go shit shoulda got magnetic would have never bought another,
providing proper maintenance and cooling of you eqip it can last your life.....
