YES!!!! Use FFoF It is by far the BEST soil on the market. No need for nutes as long as you transplant regularly. Of course you can use em. Id just wait a week or 2 after transplant before giving nutes. FFoF has enough nutrients in it to keep the plant healthy and strong for its entire life cycle.

As for your room. I love the fact that you basically built a box inside a box... lol. You are definantly going to have height issues. You will need to keep her at that height the rest of its life cycle, unless you have plans on making that box taller. You are going to need it to be at least 5 to 6 feet tall. If topping doesnt sound like the way to go, then you should start now and tie her top down to allow more light to hit the main stem and promote those lowers branches to grow up towards the light. You will need to do something about height. That seems to be the biggest issue.
