23 Days of Flowering 12/12 Pics - Weekly Updates - soil, FF, 550W HPS
Nice pics killfrenzi, sorry I misunderstood your grow room a bit, it just looked like you had tons of extra space in the picture. Had no idea that you had 13 plants in there haha. I have 19 plants but I guess I only really take pictures of the ones I'm experimenting with unless they decide to start looking amazing then I'll probably take some more pics as long as I don't get too lazy haha. Thats a little problem I have is digging plants out from the back of my other room, getting to them is fine to tend to them, but to pull them out of the room is difficult to take pics. Anyways, congratz on being in the final week of flowering, I don't have anything that close to finished =(. Changing rooms around really hurt my cycle.
Have you noticed if the beastie bloom has done much? I've never used that actually, but I planned on using it for the plants that I pictured above. I have a similar mix for late blooming but I'd much prefer a FF product because of the micronutes and what not.

I noticed a HUGE difference. Ive never used it before and this time I noticed the buds swell up sooner, faster and they are rock solid. It does say to use in the final weeks of flower because it has 0 Nitrogen. I was going to try "Gravity" by Humboldts Own on my next cycle. FoxFarm makes an awesome product. I think I might try their ChaChing and OpenSesame in conjunction with the BeastieBloomz. My clones are using "The Recipe for Success" by Technaflora. I cant believe the way these lil ladies look. Each of the plants have 5 to 8 main tops. They're about 13" tall and should be ready shortly after I harvest.. Yay!!

Nice, I think I'll start using beastie bloom then once I get closer to that time. The lack of nitrogen in late flowering plants can make for some interesting shades of colors and what not in your finished buds.

Thats cool, I prefer a more lime green color haha. The plants you've been seeing pictures of are very dark in the leaves compared to some others. They almost look purplish or dark glossy blue/green, idk. The finished bud product is pretty lime green in color, and with minor temp changes develops some good purple in it. I suppose we'll see how it ends up now indoors, I've only grown this one outdoors, this will be my first live indoor trial on that strain.

I'm really liking the first picture you have there, and actually the first one looks somewhat similar to the purple haze in the 3rd pic. At first glance I thought I saw webs in the 2nd picture but then I quickly realized it was just a really long pistil, which is much better than webs. I would've felt pretty bad if I had to notice spider mite webs on your plants if you didn't know about it already... but, they're pistils.. and the more the marrier for those!
I will post some pictures again soon as well. I actually had to trim a small branch off the main plant I've been posting pics of here cuz others are getting large and that one branch stuck out kinda weird and without it I gained a lot more space. Anyways, it just dried for a few days so I've actually got some pics of trimmed bud, even though its way too early yet, still looks good. I believe shes at 7 weeks now so shes getting pretty close, I'm just not sure how quickly this strain will actually mature since it was outdoors the first time I grew it and I think growing outdoors stretches out the flowering period a bit, at least the ripening/maturing phase of it. Also, shes really started to get stinky lately, and its a very unique smell, almost no skunkiness to it unless you chop it or something to cause it to release a strong fresh odor. Its almost got a sourish smell, combined with the very sweet/strong smell of trainwreck that I love so much. I think it reminds me of candy like skittles or something haha, trainwreck that is, but I'd like to think it has some trainwreck in it, and I am very familiar with T-wreck... in fact I should probably start growing some new t-wreck plants in the near future....
Anyways, check back in a little bit for some pics, I'll actually post some of the ones of the trimmed bud now, and the living plant later.

Heres some pics of the small branch I took off early to make more space in my flower room. It was removed between 6-7 weeks into the flowering period so it is still fairly immature, especially since I believe this strain will have a longer than average ripening period. Hopefully ya'll think its looking good thus far. Enjoy!
P.S. - Killfrenzi you should post some more pics of the full plants, I like seeing those. Also, based on what you've seen from my pictures, and knowing that my plant is 32" tall NOT INCLUDING CONTAINER, what would you guess the dried weight of the harvest will be? Just a ballpark figure doesn't have to be real accurate of a guess. I just have a number in my mind and I wanna compare that with someone else, and then the final result so I can get better at predicting rough yields during the growing phase so that I can prepare/plan more efficiently in the future.
Edit: Oh and one more thing, you should check out another thread I just posted last night about another plant I'm flowering and growing for the first time. I'll paste the link here for you, just read through that thread and comment on it if you can. I haven't gotten much for responses on it and I'm really eager to hear what people think so I can post what I think about it and discuss that further.
