Transplant Shock on Root Bound plants?
I think they are being burned by the lime. I agree with pushit. FFOF is ideal for the new grower or anyone who wants to water and forget. It is very forgiving. As long as the pH is within range you are fine. The only time I see people running in to issues with FFOF is when they add nutes or other stuff - lime for example
Good luck with it!bigsby Reviewed by bigsby on . Transplant Shock on Root Bound plants? I just transplanted some plants that were somewhat root bound. I put into much larger pots using foxfarm ocean forest and a couple tablespoons of lime dolomite. at first the plants were wilted but they seem to be a little better.. Now the leaves are starting to yellow.. The soil is drying up i used only distilled water on the transplant.. maybe by these pictures someone can give me some advice.? is this transplant shock? any thing i should look for or do to help recovery?
