Did I accidentally dilute too much
If what youre saying is true, then this would be considered a serious breach in Chain of Custody (aka "fatal flaw") which would result in a "cancelled test" (null & void) and enforcement action taken against the collector. Without any type of identification on the specimen bottle(s), there would be no way for the lab (or the MRO) to link that specimen to you....I was not going every 20 minutes and I was not asked to sign/initial any specimen bottles when my test occurred.
