Status Report

Those are dryer sheets you see in the picture, as I'm having trouble with fungus gnats. Plant 1 is less green and a bit more yellow than plant 2, which is rich dark green. So what I want to know is, is this o.k. for about a month in? This plant is predominately sativa, and I already started the flowering process. Whachu think?

Have you tried any pest control for the fungus gnats?

You need to do more than the drier sheets for control of the fungus gnats. I wouldn't recommend just living with them. They have the potential to spread diseases.. some of which have no cure and result in contagious spread ultimately causing you to destroy your plants. I say this because I am currently living out that scenerio. I can't blame it on the fungus gnats, I'm just saying that they have potential to help spread diseases to kill plants, if they don't kill plants themselves first.

I found a link: (XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX), that tells you how to get rid of them. Tomorrow I'm going to buy some of that yellow sticky stuff from Home Depot, and I'm going to use hydrogen peroxide. Yeah, the dryer sheets didn't work because I used the dye-less and unscented kind. But I haven't watered the plant for 4 days, and I'm going to let it completely dry, then use H202. Wish me luck.
