So, with substitution, I would likely be able to get the fresh clean urine early in the morning and the test would be in the afternoon. Fridge ok until before the test, warm up in warm/hot water until it's the right temp, crotch it and then go? Or do I have to freeze it? It would be about 8-9 hours from pee to test.

I'm a 1-2 time a week smoker, usually a couple of bowls with some friends. I'm 6'4", about 200, kinda thin but not super skinny. Anyways, I'm weighing the risk of trying dilution (I drink a lot of water already and take vitamins, but it's been less than a week since I last smoked) or substitution.
