Dilution vs. Substitution for a pre-employment test

I likely have to take a pre-employment test in the next few days. I'm a 1-2 time a week smoker, usually a couple of bowls with some friends. I'm 6'4", about 200, kinda thin but not super skinny. Anyways, I'm weighing the risk of trying dilution (I drink a lot of water already and take vitamins, but it's been less than a week since I last smoked) or substitution. I can get a clean sample that I'm 100% confident of, but I'm worried about getting caught/screwing up. I'm being hired to a temp to perm job through a temp agency, so I'm not expecting a crazy invasive test, but I've never had one before. Which would be less risky?

Why not do both? Sub as the first order and dilution as the backup in the event the sub does go wrong.

But as long as you practice, subbing can be as easy as a walk in the park.

When doing Dilution techniques, dont forget the important step of creatine-loading at least 3 days prior to the U/A. Read up on the Dilution "sticky" thread (disregard the aspirin step though).

So, with substitution, I would likely be able to get the fresh clean urine early in the morning and the test would be in the afternoon. Fridge ok until before the test, warm up in warm/hot water until it's the right temp, crotch it and then go? Or do I have to freeze it? It would be about 8-9 hours from pee to test.

For the 8-9 hr span, the fridge will be fine.

Another wrinkle in the plan... For the test, I have to go into the office (about a half hour from where I live), fill out some paperwork, then drive down the street to get the test. All in all probably an hour or so from leaving my house to the test. Is substitution still an option?

The answer to that is yes.
Consider picking up a handwarmer pack or two (at your local sporting/camping goods store)....or you can use your vehicle heater (with the switch on floor duct mode) to keep the sample warm.

Dilution vs. Substitution for a pre-employment test

So this is the company that will be doing my drug test:

    anylabtestnow.com

Does anyone know anything about this company? If necessary, how hard would it be to substitute, and how worried should I be about doing a dilute?

I will be 11 days of not smoking on Thursday (my test day). The week before I smoked 3 times, splitting a bowl or 2 with a few friends. Usually I'm 1-2 times a week, again splitting a bowl or two with friends. I already drink a ton of water every day anyways, so I shouldn't have any problem adding some more liquid to hit my dilute levels. I'm gonna do a pre-run (using water instead of sports drinks and no rolaids) on Wednesday to see if I pass an at-home. I'm gonna do the creatine as well. My only problem is that I don't work out a lot, even though I have a high metabolism, and I have a slender body (6'4", about 200, no real gut). I've been doing a half hour on a treadmill at a decent pace for the past few days, gonna cut that out after Monday though and start eating more fat. Am I looking good or do I have any reason to worry?

alot of employers/agencies will just hire/place you and then fire you or whatever if a test comes back hot, id inquire on that site like you wanted to use their services to test your employees maybe you will get an insight into how they work. i suspect the website is just a lead generator for existing labs. if you come up hot protest the shit out of it and they will probally give you a retake, and if you stay clean you should pass it

Food for thought but I have read on here and other places that most labs cannot test for age or gender...But what about the creatinine levels. Technically if someone used a child urine and the c-level was low and the ph was normal would that not indicate a childs urine??????
