Just remember smoking more will not make things better, set your alarm clock, watch or cell phone 3 hours from the first hit to take another hit and every 3 or 4 hours take another hit. Now when you wake up plan out your day, activites at home and out of your comfort zone, now, take one hit, relax for a moment, go have breakfast, shower and begin your day with stepping outside to listen to the life, smell the air and listen to the birds.
The key to making this work right for you has to do with having good habits. Which means don't do things you have done hundreds of times.
