    Peyote

yea i would only do it if i was in the right mind frame (not sad or angry....just relaxed and mellow) and also i would start with VERY low doses first to get you and your body used to it....and youcan order the seeds off sites but i'm not sure which ones...just do a search for them.....and i'm pretty sure it is illegal in the us....

NAC are VERY strict and picking peyote is something probably no one on this site, including myself, could do. The Peyote Way Church of God is a non denominational Church in rural Arizona, and they WILL SUPPLY the sacrament PEYOTE...BUT you have to involve yourself in some rigorous church work and prepare. It's not like you show up at the Church's doorstep and say "ok where is the peyote?" But for people SERIOUSLY interested in peyote check Peyote Way Church of God's website, just google that name, they are a very religious and enlightened buncha folks. San Pedro however is LEGAL and that is why if one wants to try mescaline, that is the place they should start. but you have to prepare it, peel the skin off, boil it down, and it tastes like ass so I'd personally pass UNLESS i had someone do it for me, hand me the drink and hold my nose and...WHOOSH.

Peyote is an amazing experience, so non threatening, unbelievably detailed closed eye visuals and open (although I experienced some opened the closed were much more intense), auditory shift everything was sounding 3/4 octaves lower and I could hear alot of different frequencies from high to very low, for a good three hours everything sounded demonic but nothing was threatening, felt as though I was being drifted over fields and sumthin was guiding me, its odd you see and hear the complete converse of day to day living but it doesn't feel strange. Read some of Huxley's Doors of Perception, hard to follow but he speaks the truth. I've heard about ppl 'not coming back' but only from what I've read on message boards, any1 got ne articles about that? cuz I really struggle to see how u cud hav a bad trip with peyote/mescaline, unless psychedlix aint ure cup of tea anyway. San Pedro you hav to boil for 4-6 hours to drink in a tea, and you need about 1-2 12" columns that are at least 2.5" in diameter

Wouldn't you say about people "never coming back" could apply to any hallucinogen? Especially if one is not ready for the journey? Why specifically peyote, which is more of an ally than a chemical like LSD. I would LOVE to try buttons, rather than synthesized mesc, but both are rare and as I mentioned...i don't have the patience or the excitement to go San Pedro's route. Have you had san pedro as well?

I've had peruvian torch but didn't have enough, I boiled it down for at least 5 hours aswell, all that time and no reward, bollox.
I always thought the 'permafried' folks are the ones with latent psychological problems that get bought on by psychedelix, in my opinion shrooms were stronger on the open eyed visuals and bodyload, peyote had incredibly detailed closed eye visuals and u'd open them and see things relatively normal, except for the sounds, auras and a general feeling of the space around me being huge, but all of that just seemed normal, hard to explain, didn't get what Huxley meant when he said 'this is the way you were meant to see' about the mescaline experience, but fuck me you understand when ure under the influence
As for the taste, not as bad as every1 goes on about, I wouldn't say I'd snack on peyote or san pedro if I felt peckish, but defineatly nuffin along the lines of the worst thing I ever tasted, did make me puke when I was coming up hard, but after that everythin took on a new glow, takes a long time to come on, took around 3 hours for me, then its about 5 mins before ure peaking lol Where u from Uptown and supersonic?

Nevada. I guess I'm not really to worried about not coming down, because I did acid a bunch when I was younger and I'm sure acid is right up there with peyote.
Realty is a fun place to visit, but I wouldn\'t want to live there.

I'm sure it is up there, but grinding up san pedro cactus and cooking it into a frothy green mush sounds just as bad. Peyote, the actual buttons, taste pretty foul too...but that's the way to do it unless you can grind them in pills. Can't grind san pedro in pills because of the amount needed. Yeah why anybody would do dxm other than powder or gelcaps is beyond me, cough syrup lemon xtract all sounds like ass!!! LOL
