DWC drip system
Hi I'm a first time grower
I have chosen the DWC drip system but I have a couple of question if anybody could help me that would b great. My first question is how many plants should I grow n keep in rotation so I can always have a personal stash coming in. My next question has to do with the system I plan on growing 4 plants in 4 black buckets, I wanted to kno can I use another bucket of the same size as the reservoir or does it need to b bigger and how much water would i put in all the buckets once the system is together.
Thank you and I would love to hear what anybody has to say about this kind of system all together pros/cons, different set ups anything that comes to mind thanks again. @gagrown When I say first time grower I'm talkin with cannabis not plants in general. I have grown other plants from dirt b4 so this not my first time growing. I'm asking about the hydro because I heard it was quicker n more bud to b grown, yes I have done my research n kno that if I mess up I got hours Mayb mins to fix. So thanks for lookin out for me but ur post didn't help at all. And as for the wise man if he was great shit wouldn't happen he'd kno b4 it happened. I plan to b great with my system so shit won't happen but if it does it will b a learning experience for me so tell the wise man step his game up

I'm jumping to hydro this week. Well I'm doing both. I've been doing a ton of studying About 8 to 12 hrs a day, reading , YouTube videos and hitting up other growers and hydro shops. I took a ton of notes.Theres a ton Of learning to be done. I killed 30 Plants because I didn't think I needed to learn or do research . Lol ya I've changed up.

Its ok, do what you want. My first MMJ grow experience was hydro. I started with 1 plant though. I was successfull. Hydro needs to be monitered on a daily basis. If you are only growing 4 plants you dont have to use a res, but if you would like to, a 5 gal bucket should be fine. Easch plant bucket should be 1/3 to 1/2 full of solution at all times. Make sure you use bubble stones in your buckets to keep the roots oxygenated. If you are making your own buckets, as I did. You will need to put some sorta way to know the level of water in your furthest bucket and res., if using a res. Otherwise you need it on all buckets. I am currently growing 12 under 2 x 600w HPS, come March I will be going down to 6 under 2 x 600w. I would say you would need to keep them on a monthly or maybe even a bi-weekly, turn-a-round. Just depends on how personal you say it is. Yield also depends hugely upon how much and what type of lighting you are using. If I was you I wouldnt go any less than a 600w HID.
Good Luck!

Maybe He'll listen to you then... Cause I've been there and done hydro myself.. Successfully! I might add.. Don't have a clue as to why folks get so abrasive?
