Those curley light bulbs are called compact flourescents or "CFLs", just an FYI so you know what everyone here is talking about. So far looks ok to me, and maybe I'm wrong and its just the pictures showing different colors.. but you may want to get a different type of CFL. It appears to me that you have the "soft white" or "warm white" bulbs, which is a simple description of the color temperature measured in Kelvin. The warm/soft white ones which you appear to have typically have a color temp of 2700k - 3500k or so. What you want for the vegetative stage of growth is the "daylight" or "bright white" type of bulb, with a color temp of somewhere between 5000k and 6500k. You'll have much better growth with those, the bulbs you are using now are better for flowering stages, however I'd recommend getting a High pressure sodium light system when you get to that stage, but you're a few weeks away from that.
