ANOTHER GOOD HARVEST
Wonderful pictures :-) Drying and curing isn't something I've read up on much. Why would you cure then put in paper bags and then cure again? Is that necessary? When you mention curing for months at a time, will this be ok? I thought you had to 'Can' it if you were going to try to preserve it for a number if months by creating a vacuum in the jar and then sealing by leaving the container in a warm oven for a few seconds and then sealing.

ANOTHER GOOD HARVEST
then my friend you would have to read up on drying and curing to understand why it is necessary,,, ive read so much on drying and curing because it is the final stage on the outcome of how all your hard work and effort that you put in to this grow turns out,, and i want the best results so i make sure i do the dry cure process the way it should be done...just makes sense it may take a bit longer but its deffo worth it in the end believe me...
i air dry it first by hanging them upside down in the dark with my carbon filter on ocilating fan on but not hitting the buds directly with air...when i feel they are dry enough for jars..
when jarred i open jar everyday for 5 or so mins then seal agian in a cool dark area...if they sweat i then put then into paper bags to absorb the moisture so they go crisp agian then they can be jarred again...
put it this way i dont want bud rot mildew mold or anything like that... and im lucky it hasnt happend to me because i follow the right steps intead of cutting corners,, and so on lol
so start readind upon it now lol
im not an expert on this but im a good learner and want to do thingsthe proper way....

ANOTHER GOOD HARVEST
Sounds good. I know this is an important process for great results. I've only done this once before a number of years ago. I seem to recall hanging and drying in my grow cupboard in the dark as it was no longer in use. I think I did this between 1-2 weeks. I then trimmed the stems and sat them in a glass jar to cure opening daily to air. Again, I recall doing this for a week or two. The smoke was amazing but I wonder if I had cured for longer whether it would have been better.
