first go at growing, using Fox Farm nutrients schedule.. any help would be great!
I recently got a setup from a friend to try and alieviate the financial stress of smoking. I got a 4x4 tent, 3 100watt 5band tri-spectrum UFOs. And a 400watt MH.. I just bought the Fox Farm nutrient system and I was planning on following their schedule.. I have 5 Jorge's Diamond #1 and 1 random Kush plants in their 2nd week of growth. They are under 6,400k %lourescent grow light. I just replanted them into larger pots and new soil; Fox Farm OceanForest potting soil. I also just started using the Fox Farm nutrients.. I just started using big bloom, it says use 6tspn/gal but the people at my local shop recomended I use half so I used 3tspn/gal... any help would be awesome at this point, but I'm going to keep posting and ill post some pictures with the progresion.

I would step off the nutes completely for a little bit longer. When they're youngin's they don't need any, especially since you're using quality soil. Then once you do start to use nutes, I would start with 1/4 the recommended dosage, and slowly up it from there to prevent nute burn. If you notice the tips of your leaves turning yellow or brown, and heat isn't an issue, you should scale back on the nutes then as well.

Hey dude thanks a lot, I've held off on the nutes to let the plants get used too the soil but since I've transplanted them into the new soil and new pots, one of the plants (kush) is starting to curl the leaves a bit. The others (Jorges diamond) look reeally happy in the new soil. Are the leaves supposed to be so neon green?? They almost look blotchy towards the center of the leaf right near where the stem meets the leaf.. they are still growing well and don't seem to have any other issue? My light is about 10" from the plants right now and the temp. Is usually at a steady 75 deg. And the plants are about 6 inches tall they are just working on their second set of leaves with 5 points... just trying not to mess this up lol I feel like these thing are my babies now
