If I had an optional premises cultivation operation would I need a 2 year residency. Which of the following license requires a 2 year residency.

The bill says â??All owners, officers, managers, and employees of a medical marijuana center, optional premises cultivation operation, or medical marijuana-infused products manufacturer shall be residents of Colorado UPON THE DATE OF THEIR LICENSE APPLICATION. AN OWNER SHALL MEET THE RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS IN SECTION 12-43.3-307 (1) (m).â?�
