I didnt call the governors office but I did go to my doctors office and talked with them. I wished I would have done this weeks ago. The office staff ( Jay ) got me in touch with a supervisor today. My card is sitting in a desk drawer waiting to be rejected according to the supervisor. After explaining the situation I find out the rude girl has no clue what she is talking about and did not handle my situation properly. The supervisor made the rude girl do an addendum to my complaint and told her not to reject the card. I did every thing right and its not my fault they sent it to an address thats not even on my application.

My card was approved back on January 18th not Feb 1st like the rude girl told me. It was sent and already returned to them on Feb 1st and was dropped in a drawer on Feb 1st. It appears two people are about to get in trouble especially the person that processed my app for sending it to an address that wasnt even on the application.

The office that sends the cards is closes on weekends so the supervisor did some special flag on my app so the people Monday will see what happend and to mail that card sitting in the drawer to me next week not in a month like the rude girl told me.

I learned a valuable lesson. Dont be afraid to complain and keep doing it when you feel you are not wrong. Ask for a supervisor if you dont like how you are being treated or handled. Hopefully my misfortune will help others in the future and they learn from this. I bet you money they will never mail cards out again to an address thats not even on the application.
valstar Reviewed by valstar on . New or renewal? My red card expired way back in October. Then I got caught up in the welldocs scandle the slobs at the Health dept. invented. At what point, if any, would I check new instead of renewal? Still toying with the idea of another red card. I've a friend with a tarantula with some good stuff so I really couldn't care less - just curious. What say? Rating: 5
