Caregiver providing more than just MMJ

On the waiver for caregivers to serve more than 5 patients it says one of the things that is look at is "What services beyond providing medical marijuana the patient applicant needs from the proposed primary care-giver." What are some services that caregiver provide for their patients?

Probably, not what we are all thinking, at this point!! lol

I would assume the only service would be growing medicine for your patient. Anything else, may take a medical license or some sort of 'registration' outside of the 'mmj' caregiver realm.

Free Services could include a 'friendship?' This may be a 'balance act' to be a mmj provider/giver and keep it totally professional in the realm of mmj and not overstep to do more than allowed by 'caregiver' status. Maybe-fine area in State's Laws that describe this? pr

Could mean whether you're helping them around the house with laundry, dishes or such or that you are driving them to doctor's appointments or to get groceries. I think some of these states are going to try and push for actually trained caregivers that do more than just supply cannabis to them. Its why legalizing with government regulations is always the worst way to go. They will regulate, tax and fee the shit out of you as they figure out ways to do it.

With this they usually mean assisting them with taking their meds.

caregivers are supposed to provide housing, health and safety to the patient, and they must be a caregiver for that person before they got their marijuana card.

I think that is determined on state regulations, but I never have read anything stipulating caregiver before they got their marijuana card. This is just the government being douches, don't even worry about this, just supply the medicine to the people you know and give them advice, don't break the bank trying to provide healthcare when that should be provided by the government.
