What are your conditions? What are you growing in? Lights, medium, nutes, water pH, etc? Are these in veg or flower? How far along? It's hard to offer advice without more input from you. There is a troubleshooting form. Perhaps fill it out?

At first blush I'm going to guess a calcium deficiency and a bit of P needed too. Up your nutrient dose a few ml / gallon and add some unsulphured molasses @ 3/4 to 1 tsp / gallon. Good luck!

It almost looks like the rust on my apple tree outside lol.

Bigsby has it right I think. Are you measuring the pH of your water? A calcium or magnesium deficiency can cause textured spotting; look into calmag as a quick fix. There are other methods of introducing calcium and magnesium (egg shell powder, etc) but those methods never seem to work for me. pH fluctuation can cause a lock out of calcium, so i would invest in a ph tester of some sort. good luck!

If those were caused by spider mites you would see webs on the plant by now. I doubt it's spider mites. Unsulfurred molasses is the cheapest way to supplement calcium/magnesium. Plus you get good sugars and other micro-nutrients for the soil. Blackstrap is a name brand that many people use but you can use any so long as it is unsulphurred. You need to be aware that molasses can act like a booster for other nutrients. Like anything, start slow and move up the dose. 1/2 teaspoon / gallon to start. All good then move up to 1 teaspoon / gallon. And remember, damage done is damage done. Look to the new growth to know if the plant is recovering.

I also think Bigsby has this right, despite the very limited information. I had this problem occur last week after I improved my lighting, but it didnt get quite as far along. I increased my nute strength slightly and added some calmag, the plants were healthier looking within 24 hours (I grow in coco so nute changes show really fast). Like Bigsby said, the brown spots wont go, but the leaves that are just slightly yellow with brown spots should green up a bit, giving you an early indication that you have found the cause of your problem.

    What are these spots?

Well.. I let the soil dry out a little before my next watering, which was toda. So I decided to add 1 tsp Epsom Salt and 1 drop of Superthrive to a gallon of Ph'd water and watered. I trimmed back some of the dead and opend up some foliage for the lower branches. Ill post pics in a few days. Hope this miracle juice works.

I don't trim unless I absolutely have to. The plant will make use of the nutrients stored in those dying leaves. It will suck them dry of water too. I pretty much let them fall off. I occasionally cut the fingers off a leave if it is blocking a bud site but pretty rarely. Careful with the Epsom salts. It is a salt after all.
