One seems taller than the other and i have had to support it just incase it bends right over(is perfectly fine but thin, just my paranoia!). Someone told me that it was stretching due to light deficiencey so i put the lights closer and it stop growing upwards somewhat..Leaves are a bright green colour watering my rock wool twice a day with 1/4 nutes.

I have also covered the rockwool so as to prevent mold and disease starting.......
The small fan has been blasting at the stems and they seem to be doing fine:thumbsup:

Humidity is about 50% in the room with temps about 76 degrees farenheit.

Have u guys any idea when i should start putting these gems under a 400w HPS?

Any tips and idea on how i'm doing or what u think i'm doing wrong would be great as a total NOOB.

Peace!
the seedlings are stretching for 2 reasons, first one is that you need to switch out those 2900k bulbs for some 6500k blue cfls. The spectrum is shit for growing seedlings and makes them stretch as they search for the blue light they would normally get outdoors in the early spring.

second reason is that you have no fan circulating air and creating a gentle breeze on the plants. With no wind inside, the stems become weak and fragile because they have no resistance to strengthen them over time. With a small fan blowing near them(be careful its not on too high, they are fragile) over time the stems will become stronger. Air circulation is very important, if you don't have it the plant wont be able to hold itself up when it has those nice heavy buds we grow for

I would give them at least another week or week and a half before going under the 400 watt light. That light is at least 10 times brighter than those cfls and if you do it too soon you can fry the little seedlings, especially with the heat wave most of the US is having
