what am i doing wrong?

I have a 400 watt mh bulb now still have the 3 100watt bulbs on I have been watering with miracle grow and water I have 6 plants in a closet that is 2x3x8 and im only getting like about a set of leaves that grows in like two weeks they Ive seen pics of clones with biggger leaves and stems on them than I have they have been growing since nov 26 and two I only 6" tall with only 8 leaves they are in 6"x4" pots in poting soil I put one in a five gallon bucket tosee if they needed more room but still nothing been in it 4 a week please anyone with any suestions please give feed back

do you have any air circulating.do not water until soil is dry,miracle gro with spray bottle ,spray on plant.try a small fan but not directly on plant.place light close enough to plants so you can feel the heat on your hand when you touch the plant with the palm of your hand.2 or 3 inches from plant.raise light as needed.if it is to hot for your hand after 30 seconds,it's to close.DON'T OVERWATER. test soil for acidity with soil test kit if no results in8 days.good luck.
