    Bonsia clone

This old lady was a clone from a blueberry mother, vegged, flowered then harvested last, november. I left a few tiny leaf nodes on it, started it back on 18/6 and started feeding her veg food and it came back for a second harvest

Good to see someone else posting about revegging a plant to preserve genetics. I am currently doing the same thing and have a thread going here in 'Basic Growing' as well, I believe its called something like Reveg after harvest - Proof/advice/enjoy. I'd definitely like to see more about how you do this second time around. Have you done any revegging before? I am doing it because I didn't think to take any clones from her and didn't have any seeds, but I've also heard about the idea that revegging can decrease the quality of your finished product significantly. I think, and am hoping I can show that isn't the case. Mine is ready to be put into flower now if I want but I am waiting a little bit yet til I decide exactly what I want to do with it this time around.

Continue to post pics and updates for yours if you can, I'd appreciate it and so would a few others around here as well. And lemme know if you have any random discoveries haha. Good luck!

Looking very nice, how long did it take to get to this point since switching it back to 18/6? I'm curious because I've got a northern lights in re-veg (also trying to save genetics) under 24hr and felt mine took a long time to switch back. I've already got a thread in basic growing, but it has a couple pics if you'd like to see her for comparison sake let me know. My opinion is yours looks just as healthy as a first harvest and look forward to seeing how your flowering goes the 2nd time around, Good Luck.

The clone came back supriseingly fast, the whole plant regrew. I heard about revegging your plants last year and decided to give it a try, my lights were all ready running 18/6 so the immediatly changed the pot (bigger and new soil) and within 45 days it was ready again. The key to regrowing is to seal all stems with tree paint where you harvest to keep the stems viable for new growth. i tried on a different plant and it just withered died. this time it out grew the clones i had, probably due to the existing root system and actually filled out alot more. I heard that your harvest is less quantity and quality, this is yet to be determined for myself but even so if you like the way it budded out and wanted to keep the strain going it is a great way to produce clones "after the fact"Attachment 282194

This is the actual mother of the clone (3 years ago). In response to Dreadscale, I think having your lights on for 24 days has something to do with it. Marijuanna can only process 18 hrs of light in a 24 hr period any more and i think it throws your plant into stress and confuses it. Darkness for a minimun 6hrs a day is mandatory for the plant to follow its pre arranged photosynthisis. any more light than 18 hrs sometimes even confuses the plant to go hermie. I'm a firm believer of the 18/6 when vegging a plant. The marijuanna growers guide is an essential read and very informative on experimental study as well as general growing. I will be posting more pics as she ripens!Attachment 282195
