So you've got a lot of experience growing indoors... Well I have a question. Who the hell invented spider mites? And where can I find that individual? I'd like to have a peaceful conversation with them....

Good to see ya made it! I'm growin' Big Bud and SK#1... What would happen if I cross the two? The skunk is pure.. The BB is a cross. 75% indica and 25 percent sativa... Would I get hermies or would it just be a shitty 5 way cross? Curious..

I know almost nothing about cross breeding strains. I'd be curious to know how you can predict the characteristics of a cross you plan to attempt, if you even can predict it. I guess I don't even know where to start asking questions about it so any info anyone can give me would be great. I'm a long ways away from attempting to cross strains but no harm in learning about it for now.

As for the meeting with the inventor of spider mites... I've been working on an opposite-shrink ray. So I can enlarge the next spider mite I find and challenge him to a fair fight. Hand to hand combat, winner controls my grow rooms, loser never comes back. I think it sounds like a good idea... what could possibly go wrong with enlarging a spidermite to human size?

well minnsnowta iv learned that if you do have spider mites then you should run your tempratures lower around 65 in your room to slow the reproduction rate of the nasty little guys then use your mighty wash or a little seceret is peppermint oil and roasmarry seed oil the mights hate it. you dilute a few drops per litter......

and sorry ga i am not to familliar with breeding plants allthough i would figure it would make a hermi but you never know cause some hermys will have really nice colas but all the bottom buds will be full of seeds like this white widow i had to take down a week or 2 early so no flush
but do what you feel will be best for you remember "dont fix it if its not broke" i love bb and skunk

I did have a little outbreak for a couple days but since then I have pretty much gotten rid of them. Every couple days I can find one that somehow survived my attacks by hiding somewhere. I'd say I have them under control, they were only on one plant and that plant wasn't touching any others so I haven't found them on anything else. I also removed all the eggs that I could find, so I don't think anymore are hatching as long as I continue to maintain my strategy. Eventually they'll be gone without a trace but since I know they were there, they won't have a chance to surprise me by multiplying. Good news is they were on a plant in veg mode so they didn't get to work their way into any flowers.

well thats good.... another thing to help maintain the spider mites would be soldier bugs they are the spider mite preditor the multiply 2x as fast and eat queens and eggs
