When your plants are flowering, depending on the strain it can get real stinky. Other than the smell the only thing I'd worry about is that your electric bill is going to increase a noticeable amount. My advice to you if you do decide to grow is that no matter how tempting it is don't tell anyone.

yea smell can get kinda bad... incense can help and a fan but i guess you could grow at your home. in a closet or a grow room its kool

Circulation!! I seen people making their own ghetto ventalation systems to blow all the stink out their window. They just attach a medium sixed fan to some tubing and run it out their window. Also have another fan blowing on the plants to make the stem stronger.
