Growing info question

I'm a beginner and plan to grow 2 -3 plants under controlled lighting. However, I have a room that gets almost 2 hours of direct sunlight. Will it hurt the plant if I move it there during the growing hours?

occupation of the grow space can be benifitial providing additional co2 from your repiration. no pets are recommended bgs tend to hich a ride on them.
