    Need help with support ideas?

Im about to redo some things with my flower room when its empty. Basically what im working with now is a corner section of the room. It's a 4x5 section right now. Im planning on doing a section that is a little over 6x4. Im currently running 2/400 watt HPS. I might be able to upgrade one come tax time to a 600.

Basically what i wanna do is 3/2 plant carts with screen on top for Scrog. With these carts ill be able to rotate plants daily and water without bothering the plants. The problem im running into is how to support the grow bags? Im thinking about using metal plumbing strips cause they bend easy and will be easy to secure. The problem with using them is that they are metal and will most likely rust over time. Does anyone have an idea of anything else that could be used as supports? Im not an artist by no means but this picture might give you an idea of what im talking about. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Im not sure that will hold up a 3 or 5 gal bag filled with dirt. I basically need to come up with something that will support the weight plus suspend the bag above the drip tray. I was thinking i might can get those hanging baskets for plants and insert into the holes in the plywood. Something like that might work. I guess its kinda hard to explain.

I originally thought of those hanging wire baskets, as well. They are very popular here in Calif and hold up well. Only problem is, am not sure they make them the size you need. You may even consider, altering a tomatoe grow cage to fit your needs? those don't seem to rust much either! pr

See if you can find stainless steel pipe. It won't rust.

nope my tomato cages have not rusted at all but with the picture that Pushit posted on other thread I have a new idea and fairly cheap to. You can make a "cage" out of PVC pipe and have lots of sizes to choose from. From what I picture in my head I would say 3/4 in prob work best as it is strong but not so large to take up space.
