good advice, to be sure. thanks.
the plants are getting 18 hours of light if only because i can sleep with that infernal hid glowing about. but, we shall see how it goes. i can see growth everyday which is normal im sure but its encouraging. and yeah, we wanna smoke this stuff and maybe dump a little off on friends and whatnot. this first batch is pure runt seeds tho, that we got out mf my mexican friends refrigerator...oh well. we are ordering some seeds hopefully today if tehpwn wakes the fuck up and we go to the bank.
    argh.
whats a good strain with pleasant and potent yields that stays relatively short with indoor growing? were thinking that blueberry business...anything out there any better for our situation?

yeah hardon you were right about beef being underfed waterwise. i got a soil moisture meter today and it was like at .5 or 1 out of ten. very dry. runt too. very dry. i watered, and the meter is at like 4 now....where should it be right after watering ideally?
also here is pic of our plants under the hood so you can see it all.. http://boards.cannabis.com/attachmen...chmentid=14414

thanks for the help, as usual. you seem to be ultra smart about all this i really appreciate it.

Well thanks for the compliment but all I have learned i have learned from others.

I won't make advice on your water meter reading.

But looking at your pic....here is what I would do....

    1. Lower your light. It looks too far away from the plant tops. I would aim to reduce it to no more / no less than 18"...

    2. Place a stationary permanent FULL TIME fan so that it is blowing the air BETWEEN the light and the plant tops. DO NOT make it oscillate...keep another fan for that. Make this fan blow NON STOP between the light and the plants.

    3. Water more often. HID and fans will dry out your plants faster than the sun will. The constant air flow will take the moisture and carry it away and the light will add heat. While 90 Degrees is very rough on a plant, it is still fine. But you MUST water the plants and do not allow it to get so dry.

Try these things for 7 days and lets see if you can get them going.

Also, make sure your water is dechlorinated and pH 6.5 - 6.8.

Do these things and ye shall get the growth on track. When sprouting, I like to use much smaller containers as it is easier to water a little pot than it is a big pot. Thats for future reference.....

Here are two plants I grew for 12 days in a little container...note how moist it is...that is how yours need to be for a long while to get growing.

    Good luck and HAPPY GROWING
