Missed your post before I posted mine so I didn't see that you've been feeding them. I am not familiar with fox farms but at this stage you should not be feeding them regular nutrients at all. And hopefully you're using soil that doesn't have controlled release nutes either. Being that you've been giving them nutes I would recommend trying to flush the soil out by running clean water through the soil and let it drain out the bottom of the cup.

The only thing you should be giving them right now should be to stimulate root growth.. and even that is simply my own personal opinion because it has worked for me. Someone else may tell you otherwise but I tend to believe in things that have shown me results first hand. Also I saw you said that you moved the light further away... How far away is it? Being that it is a MH light for seedlings I would recommend moving it as far away as you can. They don't like a whole lot of light when they're that small.
